Renowned ENT Surgeons Convene in UKM

BANGI, 9 December 2016 – UKM Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery has successfully organized the 9th International Symposium on Recent Advances in Rhinosinusitis and Nasal Polyposis (ISRNP) 2016, which brings together reputable ENT surgeons and experts from all over the world.
According to UKM Vice-Chancellor Prof Datuk Noor Azlan Ghazali, the symposium provides a platform to share knowledge on best practices, emerging technologies, innovations and new surgical techniques in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.
Special lectures by internationally renowned professors, live cadaveric dissection demonstrations, expert panel forums and scientific paper presentations provides an excellent opportunity for participants to be updated with the latest information in rhinosinusitis and polyposis.
UKM Chancellor, the Yang Di Pertuan Besar negeri Sembilan DYMM Tuanku Muhriz Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir and his consort the Tunku Ampuan Besar Negeri Sembilan Tuanku Aishah Rohani Binti Tengku Besar Mahmud graced the event.
The three-day symposium brought together more than 200 participants and 50 international speakers including experts from Italy, United Kingdom, India and Greece.
