UKM Developed 35 MOOC Courses

BANGI, 19 October 2016 – UKM is currently offering 35 new Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) for the academic session 2016/2017.
Vice Chancellor, Prof Datuk Dr Noor Azlan Ghazali said the amount is commendable as UKM has exceeded its initial target for the year, which is 25 MOOC courses.
“Congratulations to Faculty of Education (FPEND) which contributed about 40 percent of the MOOC offered,” he said at the ceremony of Signing Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between UKM and Open Learning Global Sdn Bhd here, recently.
He hopes that more academician will take the opportunity to disseminate knowledge and expertise worldwide by offering courses online through UKM MOOC.
MOOC courses are a collaboration between UKM and Open Learning Global Sdn Bhd, an online learning can be accessed throughout the worldwide.
