UKM Receive Sijil Audit Bersih for 16 Consecutive Years

BANGI, 25 July 2017– Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) received the Sijil Audit Bersih for 16 consecutive years for its impeccably prepared annual financial report.
UKM Vice-Chancellor, Prof Dato’ Seri Dr Noor Azlan Ghazali said UKM remained proud of this achievement, and applauded the Treasury Department for their diligent and meticulousness in managing finances efficiently with upmost intergrity.
Prof Dr Noor Azlan was speaking during the ‘Accountability in the Leadership University” talk, held recently.
The talk was given by Malaysia Auditor General, Tan Sri Dr Madinah Mohamad.
Prof Dr Noor Azlan said while the university is focused on generating income, it must also ensure that it is done in a manner which corresponds to the law, rules and regulations.
He said UKM was committed and serious in inculcating the integrity culture up to the highest level of administration.
The talk was organized by Professional-UKM and was attended by UKM Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Academics and International Affairs, Prof Dato’ Ir Dr Riza Atiq Abdullah OK Rahman, Deputy Vice Chancelor of Industry and Community Partnership, Prof Dato’ Dr Imran Ho Abdullah and Professional-UKM Director, Assoc Prof. Dr Rohayu Abdul Ghani.
