UKM Signed LOI with APTISI

BANGI, 12 October 2016 – The National University of Malaysia (UKM) signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the Association of Teachers in Private Institutions (APTISI), Java, recently.
This cooperation will see UKM offering post graduate programmes to members of the 24 representatives who signed the LOI.
UKM Deputy Vice Chancellor of Student and Alumni Affairs, Prof Dato’ Noor Aziah Mohd Awal said UKM is actively promoting UKM’s postgraduate courses in Indonesia as a step to increase cooperation between the two countries.
“The collaboration between UKM and Indonesia started since the establishment of this university and in year 2015, UKM had signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 16 Indonesia Higher Education,” she said at the LoI signing Ceremony, here, recently.
The cooperation, she said, will benefit both countries as it will see higher education institutions sharing their expertise in doing research and publication.
