ORLHNS Surgical Skill Workshop

MESSAGE FROM THE COURSE DIRECTOR

Dear colleagues,

It gives me a great pleasure and honour to invite you to the Third ORL Surgical Skill Workshop organized by the department of Otorhinolaryngology -HNS and General Surgery. This workshop will be held in our Temporal bone lab, ORL- HNS department, Level 9 Clinical Block UKMMC. This workshop will empower surgical trainees with the important skills needed for basic suturing and anastomosis.

During this third workshop, we will teach you how to perform local advancement flap in managing cutaneous lesion such as basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. In a centre without plastic surgery services, ORL-HNS surgeons are supposed to be qualified enough to do .

It is our hope that the training provided in this course will be practised throughout your career as a surgeon in the near future.
