Participation Guidelines

  • Each team must consist of a maximum of three (3) students and one (1) teacher per group.

  • iFSC 2024 offers two categories of participation: The Research Category and the Innovation Category – both of which can be entered in physical or virtual mode.

  • Submission of abstract is compulsory for both categories to be accepted in this conference.

  • For Non-Presenter Participant:

    o Participants will physically join the conference.
    o Participants are required to directly register and pay the registration fee. Kindly fill out the Google Form provided in the ‘Payment Guidelines’ section.

  • You must submit the full paper, poster and video presentation link to the committee via Google Forms by November 18, 2024.

Submission Guidelines

  1. Full paper must be written in English and related to the conference theme.
  2. Save the document in PDF and rename with [Article Title_School]
    Full paper must not exceed 10 pages including references.
  3. Submission of full paper should include:
    o Introduction, literature review, methodology, results/findings, discussion, conclusion, and references.
    o Discussion must include the impact of research findings on the human ecosystem.

  1. Recorded video presentations must be submitted for the virtual mode category.
  2. The video should be prepared within 5 -15 minutes in length.
  3. Video presentation must include the following:
    o Team members’ and research topic’s introduction.
    o Objectives and significance of the research.
    o Explanation of the research methodology or any innovative approaches used.
    o Highlight the key findings and their implications.
    o Conclusion of the future directions or potential research applications (if any).
  4. Please ensure that the study is related to the designated theme.
  5. There will be no “Question & Answer” session for the video presentation category. The judging session is entirely based on the video submitted.
  6. You must submit the video clip link to the committee via Google Forms by November 18, 2024. The final video must include this Intro clip.
  7. You can contact the Registration Committee – leave an email if you do not receive any confirmation.
  1. Poster must be submitted for the exhibition during the conference for the physical mode category.
  2. The poster must be designed in A1 size (594 x 841 mm).
  3. The poster must be prepared in English, saved in PDF, and renamed with [Article Title_School].
  4. Poster presentation must include the following:
    o Title
    o Introduction
    o Objective / Hypothesis
    o Methodology
    o Result/Finding
    o Conclusion
  5. Ensure the poster is clear, visually engaging, and easy to read from a distance.
