Tokoh Akademia Wanita Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Book Launching

On 16 March 2021, Tun Fatimah Hashim Women’s Leadership Centre, UKM held the Tokoh Akademia Wanita Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia book launching ceremony at the Senate Room, UKM Chancellory Building. The book launched by former Vice Chancellor of UKM and President of the National Council of Women’s Organizations Malaysia (NCWO), Prof. Emerita Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Sharifah Hapsah Syed Hasan Shahabudin. This book  published by UKM Press had successfully gathered a total of 167 women academia from various academic background.

Also present was the top management of UKM represented by the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation, Prof. Dato’ Ir. Dr. Abdul Wahab Mohammad; Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic and International Affairs, Prof. Dato’ Ir. Dr. Mohd. Marzuki bin Mustafa and the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Prof. Dato’ Ir. Dr. Othman A. Karim and UKM University Board Member, Tan Sri Dr. Jemilah Mahmood who was also present online via Zoom.
