Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Female Entrepreneurs Worldwide Forge Strategic Collaboration on Women Entrepreneurship Leadership

Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) through the Tun Fatimah Hashim Women’s Leadership Center (PKWTFH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Female Entrepreneurs Worldwide (FEW) (Greater China) Limited to collaborate and share expertise related to women entrepreneurship leadership to train students, lecturers, participants from NGOs, and women from the B40 group to develop their entrepreneurial skills. The agreement was signed through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between the two parties which was done online. UKM was represented by the Vice Chancellor of UKM, YBhg. Professor Dato’ Dr. Mohd Ekhwan Hj. Toriman while FEW was represented by FEW Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer Ms. Anna Wong. Minister of Higher Education, YB Datuk Seri Dr. Noraini Ahmad also attended as the guest of honor at this signing ceremony. This cooperation signifies UKM’s commitment and willingness to work with local and international agencies whether in accordance with the philosophy of this institution. FEW which operates in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Singapore with 5,000 registered women members has always been committed in providing support and resources to women through the provision of business networks and consulting services locally and globally. Through this MoU, students at UKM can gain entrepreneurial leadership knowledge for free from the FEW portal. UKM and FEW will also assist women entrepreneurs from the B40 group through a special online consultation program that will be conducted in the national language.
