Seminar, Meeting & Accommodation Booking Procedures

Pusat Penyelidikan Tasik Chini, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia offered research facilities, edu-tourism/CSR-related programs, meeting facilities, and accommodation.

Our facility is now open for accommodation and rental to all UKM staff/students, government/private institutions/agencies, corporate and public.

We are excited to welcome you to our place and ensure you have a pleasant experience. Please follow the steps below to complete your booking:

Booking procedure:

• Check our availability: Please ensure that the activity, package, accommodation, or service you want to book is available on your desired date(s). Check the date availability at PPTC Activity Calendar  to make sure the day does not overlap with another program.
• Make a reservation request: Once you have confirmed availability, please send us a reservation request with the following details:
  • Your full name
  • Date of the activity, package, accommodation, or service
  • Number of participants (including yourself)
  • Any special requests or requirements
• Alternatively, you can fill up the booking form from this link: PPTC Booking Form
• Receive confirmation: Once we receive your reservation request, we will confirm the availability of your chosen activity, package, accommodation, or service on your preferred date(s) and send you a confirmation email. This email will include all the necessary details, including the total cost and payment instructions.

• Make a payment: To secure your booking, please make the payment as per the instructions in the confirmation email.

Please note that bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Catering Services

PPTC does not provide catering services. However, for the food services, PPTC will make arrangements with the local catering company.
