KLCC Urusharta Sdn Bhd (KLCCUH) is a wholly-owned KLCC Property Holdings Berhad company. A facility management company formed in 1996, it has built an impressive portfolio of prestigious landmark projects in the country. These include the iconic PETRONAS Twin Towers, Menara 3 PETRONAS, the Putrajaya Wetlands, the world’s first man-made tropical wetlands and strings of facility management services for notable buildings and public spaces like Menara ExxonMobil, Kompleks Dayabumi, Menara Maxis, KLCC Park and the KLCC Precinct.
