4-5 July 2014, UKM, Bangi.The Regional Expert Meeting on effectiveness of risk insurance for DRR and CCA was organised by the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES), Japan and SEADPRI-UKM as part of an on-going project on risk insurance funded by the Asia Pacific Network for Global Change Research (APN). The meeting was attended by some 15 experts from the Asian Development Bank, United Nations University, Universiti Utara Malaysia as well as leading insurance specialists in the region and Malaysia.
