I have been serving as a senior lecturer at the Fuel Cell Institute, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, since August 2020. I completed my Ph.D. in Fuel Cell Engineering at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2018. My doctoral research focused on enhancing the microstructural properties of lanthanum-based cathode materials to improve their electrochemical efficiency.
During my Ph.D., I developed a synthesis technique and optimized fabrication conditions, resulting in significant enhancements in the electrochemical properties of these materials. My work highlighted the crucial role of selecting appropriate synthesis techniques and fabrication conditions in boosting the efficiency of LSCF cathodes.
Specializing in synthesizing ultra-fine powders using combustion techniques, I employ advanced analysis methods to investigate their physical, mechanical, and electrical properties. Currently, my research interests lie in the areas of fuel cells, electrolyzers, and CO2 conversion and utilization.
I have co-authored over 48 publications indexed in WoS and serve as a reviewer for esteemed journals such as Ceramics International, Ionics, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Royal Society of Chemistry, Journal of Engineering, and Processing and Application of Ceramics.
