e-Khidmat System
E-Khidmat is to record the involvement of UKM staffs especially for the University’s Service Program and the Community Service program. The purpose is to evaluate employee’s performance, the information provided in the e-Services system during the assessment year will be displayed in the Services section of the University Performance Evaluation System (SPPU).
Attendance at lectures, conferences, trainings, workshops and so on cannot be registered under e-Khidmat unless served as the secretariat of the program. Attendance as a participant for a program should be recorded into the Urusbakat System.
