Application
Starting in 2023, all applications for any activity from the department must be sent to the official HEJIM email as follows: hejimfper@ukm.edu.my
REMINDER : The application must be attached by the application letter and the program’s working papers.
Reporting
Applicants also must send report to HEJIM within two weeks after completed the program. The secretariat hopes that the organized program follows the guidelines of engagement community as well as being able to contribute to the MyRA score through organizing fulfilling activities criteria of 3 stars and above.
Herewith attached MyRa criteria and UKM community strategic plan 2020-2024 for your perusal. All applicants must be fill out the google form that we have attached below. Failure to do so will cause the department to be unable in obtaining approval for the next application.
