1.  Open to candidates from the Faculty of Medicine UKM and Malaysian citizens only.

2.  The term of appointment is for 6 months.

3.  Applications for new appointments must be sent to the secretariat within 30 days before the date of appointment.

4.  Application for extension must be sent to the secretariat within 30 days before the start date of the next appointment.

5.  For the extension must fill report form UKM-SPI-BO16.
