Dr. Abdul Kadir obtained his primary medical degree from Trinity College Dublin in 1999. After completing his masters in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, he joined UKM in 2011. He did his subspeciality training in Reproductive Medicine in the UKM Advanced Reproductive Centre. He also has a PhD in endometriosis receptors isoforms. He has special interest in endometriosis and male factor subfertility. Dr. Abdul Kadir is currently an Associate Professor and Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist in Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre (UKMMC). He is the current Head of the Advance Reproductive Centre (ARC) in UKMMC. He is also the current deputy head of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department and the current president of the Malaysian society for fertility preservation (MSFP).
