September

  1. Bachelor Degree in Medical Doctor from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM); OR Bachelor Degree in Medical Doctor from other universities that's recognized by the Senate of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM); AND
  2. Degree in Master of Public Health / Community Health / Community Medicine or Master in Community Health Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) OR other universities that's recognized by the Senate of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) ; AND
  3. Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (Malaysian student); AND
  4. For International candidates must also submit proof of proficiency in spoken and written english. An eligible candidate must have IELTS ≥ Band 6.5 or MUET ≥ Band 4.5 or TOEFL iBT ≥ 79 or Person Test of English ≥ 63 or Cambridge English Qualifications and Test ≥ 176 (with proof) taken within the last two years prior to application; AND
  5. A letter / proof of financial support must be attached. All International and self-financed applicants must produce an accepted written proof of financial status either in a form of an active bank / financial Institution statement or accepted letter of guarantee.
