The postgraduate room is designed to provide an environment conducive to advanced study and concentration for postgraduate students. The layout is often more private and offers students the peace and quiet they need for reading, writing, and research. These rooms are usually equipped with a study desk, ergonomic chair, and adequate lighting.
The postgraduate room is located at Level 2 Kompleks Pendidikan Perubatan Canselor Tuanku Jaafar.
The Faculty of Medicine UKM was established in 1974 and commenced with 44 students for the 1973/74 admissions session.

Credentialing: a process to set the standards and to do an evaluation for a person’s qualification in a field or procedure. It is recognition for the professional training done by a medical practitioner.
Privileges: the rights given by the hospital for a medical practitioner to give treatments or to do procedures on hospital patients based on the qualifications of the training, and the medical practitioner’s experience and expertise.
