Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) Registration Number
Annual Practising Certificate (APC) Number
- Applicant will need to add UKMMC/Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz in APC one month prior to intended commencement date of fellowship
Supporting letter for fellowship from current Head of Department/Institute

International/ Non-Malaysian

Please review the requirements for Temporary Practising Certificate (TPC).
Temporary Practising Certificate (TPC) is issued by the Malaysian Medical Council. You are advised to apply up to 6 months in advance before your intended commencement date of clinical attachment/fellowship
- Note – those who wish to pursue observer-ship attachment are not required to apply for the TPC
