Advertisement and Sponsorship

We are calling for sponsors to support the 2016 International Conference on Science and Technology Applications in Climate Change (STACLIM 2016) which will be held in August 2016. The support of our generous sponsors will help to keep the conference more affordable for the participants. Your organization's support to our University will definitely give our community an opportunity to get together, share and learn from each other.

The benefits to you and your company depending on your options are:

1. Meeting with participants who will be your potential customer
2. Advertise your company product/profile in conference program book
3. One free pass to the full conference (Sponsorship only)



There are two ways to sponsor the STACLIM 2016 conference:

1. Option one : Sponsorship
2. Option two : Avertisement

Benefits as the co-organizer of STACLIM2016 are as follows:


1. Sponsorship:

1st Category - RM 10,000.00 and above

• All sponsors will be listed by name in conference programme book.
• All sponsors receive one complimentary pass as non-presenter.
• One full page colour advertisement in programme book.
• Exposure and acknowledgement as sponsor in all marketing activities on the conference website, backdrop and banner.


2nd Category - RM 7,500.00 and above

• All sponsors will be listed by name in conference programme book.
• All sponsors receive one complimentary pass as non-presenter.
• One full page black and white advertisement in programme book.
• Exposure and acknowledgement as sponsor in all marketing activities on the conference website, backdrop and banner.


3rd Category - RM 5,000.00 and above

• All sponsors will be listed by name in conference programme book.
• All sponsors receive one complimentary pass as non-presenter.
• Half page black and white advertisement in programme book.
• Exposure and acknowledgement as sponsor in all marketing activities on the conference website, backdrop and banner.


Others (In-kind)

• Sponsorship does not necessarily entail a monetary contribution. We also welcome services or goods (for example speaker travel, student scholarship, coffee break, lunch etc) as part of sponsor contribution. All in-kind sponsorships will be counted from its value and the benefits are referred to the sponsorship package above.

2. Advertisement:

Conference programme book is the most referred document throughout the conference. Sponsor will have a space to promote and advertise their company. We are pleased to quote a few selected sizes as follows:
