Extended Abstract Submission
EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
To ensure the high quality of participant contributions and papers at STACLIM 2024, organizers are requesting that participants submit a 2-page Extended Abstract during the registration process.
Submitting a paper via EDAS is simple and consists of four steps: (1) logging in or creating an account; (2) registering the paper; (3) adding authors and (4) submitting the manuscript [Extended Abstract] file. We describe the steps in detail below:
(1) Logging in to EDAS: https://edas.info/N32243
- Existing Account: If you already have an account, visit the EDAS login page and enter your email address and password.
- Account Verification: Not sure if you have an account? No worries! Simply enter your email address, and EDAS will verify whether your account exists or not.
- Forgot Password: If you have an account but forgot your password, leave the password field blank. EDAS will promptly email your password to you.
- Go to the EDAS website and click on the Create a new EDAS account link.
- Fill in the required fields marked with a red star: name, affiliation, country, email, and status. You can leave the other fields blank for now and update them later.
- Use a valid email address from a university, corporate, government, IEEE or ACM domain. Avoid using anonymous or public domain email addresses like Gmail or Hotmail, as they may cause delays in the account creation process.
- Click on the Create account button at the bottom of the page.
- Check your email for a message from EDAS with your password and a confirmation link. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact help@edas-help.com for assistance.
- Click on the confirmation link to activate your account and log in to EDAS with your email and password. You can now use the EDAS system to submit papers, review papers, register for conferences, and more.
(2) Registering the Paper and Submit Extended Abstract
Registering the paper records the paper’s title, abstract, topics and authors in EDAS.
After logging in to EDAS, you will see your overall EDAS system homepage.
(3) Submitting the extended abstract file
After the initial registration, you will move to upload your extended abstract. You can also click the upload icon (last item in the ‘Change Add” column) in the details table. In some browsers, you may need to temporarily disable the “pop-up blocker”.
(4) Notification of Acceptance
The Extended Abstract will be placed through a review process to check the suitability of the proposed paper. Notification will be given to authors for Accepted paper [Extended Abstract].
Authors will proceed to register to attend the conference via the EDAS system.
Please note that the full paper can be submitted after acceptance of the abstract.
Full paper should be submitted BEFORE 1st AUGUST 2024.
