Apply counselling skills that are appropriate for individuals diagnosed with age-related macular degeneration neovascular (nAMD), Diabetic Macular Edema (DME) and Retinal Vein Occlusion (RVO).

Entry Requirement

  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least 3 years of working experience working in an ophthalmology clinic and 2 years experience in counselling of macular disease in an ophthalmology clinic

  • Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Nursing recognized by the UKM Senate with 2 years counselling of macular disease in an ophthalmology clinic

  • Bachelor degree in Optometry recognized by the UKM Senate

  • Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Psychology/ Counselling recognized by the Senate

Yes. Sponsorship from NOVARTIS. Eligible candidates who meet predetermined conditions will be considered.
