Master of Engineering Microelectronic is a specialised program in the field of microelectronics for postgraduate studies. The program includes a variety of advanced courses related to the field of microelectronics and nanoelectronics. The courses offered are in line with latest development in the knowledge domain that meet the needs of the microelectronic industry. These courses are constantly improved so that it remains relevant to the latest development in science and technology. Syllabus has been developed taking into account the views and suggestions from various stakeholders including relevant industry. At the end of this program, graduates will be able to meet its obligations as trained engineers who have in-depth knowledge in the field of microelectronics.

- A Bachelor of Engineering degree with honours (CGPA 2.75 and above) from The National University of Malaysia or its equivalent from any other recognized university; or
- CGPA 2.50 – 2.74 with at least 1 year working experience in engineering field after obtaining the degree for Malaysian applicants ; or
- CGPA 2.50 – 2.74 with at least 1 year working experience in engineering field after obtaining the degree for Malaysian applicants; or
- Bachelor of Science degree with honours (minimum CGPA 3.50) from The National University of Malaysia or its equivalent from any other recognized university; or
- A bachelor science degree with honours (CGPA 3.49 and below) from The National University of Malaysia or its equivalent from any other recognized university with at least 3 years working experience in engineering or related fields after obtaining the degree for Malaysian applicants.
Requirement for English Language
For international candidates:
i) minimum 550 (TOEFL) or 5.5 (IELTS).
Mode of Study : Coursework
Full Time : 1 – 2 years
All lectures start from 8am – 5pm, Or 6.30pm – 9.30pm (Monday-Friday)
