Introduction

This program aimed to produce a workforce that can master extended knowledge and special expertise in the industrial technology and management field and can contribute and work in the national and international environment.

    1. A Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Bachelor of Science degree (in engineering field) or a Bachelor of Technology degree with CGPA of 2.5 and above from any recognized university; OR
    2. A Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Bachelor of Science degree (in engineering field) or a Bachelor of Technology degree with CGPA of 2.00 – 2.49 with at least 5 years working experience in related engineering fields after obtaining the degree for Malaysian applicants, or evidence of working experience must be certified by the embassy of their respective country for non-Malaysian applicants OR
    3. A Bachelor of Science degree (non-engineering field) or a Bachelor of Technology degree (nonengineering field) with CGPA of minimum 3.00 from any other recognized university;
    4. A Bachelor of Science degree (non-engineering field) or a Bachelor of Technology degree (nonengineering field) with CGPA of 2.99 and below from any recognized university with 5 years working experience in related engineering fields after obtaining the degree for Malaysian applicants, or evidence of working experience must be certified by the embassy of their respective country for nonMalaysia applicants; OR
    5. Fulfil Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL A) for Malaysian candidates only:

(a) minimum age of 30 years old and the date of the application\(b) pass diploma in related field or other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government and approved by the University’s Senate; 

(c) other equivalent qualification; AND 

(d) has a certificate of MQA APEL with MQF Level 7

For international candidates, requirements for English Language is

    1. Fulfil the minimum score or band of 550 (TOEFL) / 5.5 (IELTS) / Band 3 (MUET); or 
    2. Attend and pass the Higher Education English Test (HEET) Training.
