1. Responsible for product design and development using 3D Cad software and other simulation tools.

2. Plan and manage mechanical design schedule.

3. Execute mechanical piece part design, process and tooling verification.

4. Implement product and process improvement.

5. Coordinate design phases, transfer and project scheduling.

6. Checking of drawings and preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM).

7. Translate customer's requirement into design specification, evaluate design feasibility and provide technical expertise to meet customer's request.

8. Establishes design objectives for specific projects, perform detailed calculations and develop innovative and creative design for various difficult and complex project features.

9. Coordinates and plans work for other drafters to complete a project assignment.

10. On site support for mechanical related issues.

11. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

1. Responsible for developing software for automation machines.

2. Develop detailed software design specification and documentation.

3. Interacting with customers to provide technical support, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.

4. Must display initiative and ability to work in small multi-disciplinary teams including customers, project managers and project team.

5. On-site support for software and programming related issues.

6. Travelling to set-up & support buy-off activity is necessary.

7. Provide assistance and software support to customers as well as evaluation to find solutions on customer's modification requests.

8. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

1. Understand project requirement, perform feasibility studies, and be able to propose machine vision solutions to customers.

2. Perform image evaluation on customer's samples to determine and propose the hardware (optic, camera, lens, lighting) and software requirement for machine vision system.

3. Design and develop machine vision system based on project requirements with software programming language or logic based configuration by utilizing image processing library.

4. Perform software programming, UI design, software architecture design, and software performance optimization on PC based vision platform.

5. Responsible for installation and support on programming and fine tuning vision inspection systems at factory and customer site.

6. Accountable for project planning, delivery schedules and project realization project time estimation including customer site support and training.

7. Travelling to set-up & buy-off machines is necessary.

8. Must display initiative and ability to work in small multi-disciplinary teams including Customers, Project Managers and Project Team.

9. Position is able to apply broad knowledge of specific technical/operational practices.

10. Checks for problems in existing systems and modifies work processes following defined procedures.

11. Operational role responsible for achieving day-to-day objectives.

12. Protect and retain documents and records under your control to assure that they are readily retrievable.

13. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

1. Liaise with Mechanical Design and Software teams to understand project requirements and integrate electrical design specifications into the machine's development.

2. Create and maintain detailed bills of materials (BOM), selecting and sourcing electrical components aligned with project needs, cost-effectiveness, and availability.

3. Utilize AutoCAD/Eplan (or other electrical schematic tools) to design electrical schematic diagrams in accordance with customer specifications and project requirements.

4. Design optimal layouts for electrical control boxes, ensuring precise wire sizing and implementing circuit protection mechanisms as per system requirements.

5. Collaborate closely with the Purchasing Department to track and ensure timely delivery of all necessary components for machine assembly and deployment.

6. Provide clear and concise instructions to the Assembly regarding the wiring and integration of electrical components within the machine.

7. Perform rigorous electrical system testing and troubleshooting during machine power-up, ensuring smooth software operation and functionality before final delivery.

8. Adhere strictly to ISO requirements and industry safety standards, integrating these protocols into all aspects of design and operation.

9. Ability to travel both locally and overseas, upon requests for project onsite installation support.

10. Perform additional tasks as directed by superiors as part of ongoing responsibilities.

11. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
