1. Site Inspection and Reporting

• Conduct preliminary inspections at potential construction sites.
• Gather data and write site reports

2. Health, Safety, and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

3. Collaboration and Coordination

• Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, crews, and consultants.
• Coordinate joint measurement activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors for work arrangement and forward planning.
• Organize and participate in meetings with contractors at regular intervals.

4. Technical Advice and Problem Solving

• Provide technical advice and diagnose technical difficulties.
• Solve problems encountered at the site as soundly and promptly as possible

5. Project Planning and Progress Monitoring

• Assist in work arrangement on site, especially planning the project sequences and coordinating all phases of the project.
• Monitor and update work progress, take necessary action to expedite the work.
• Follow through project on scheduled timeline, sequences and coordinate all phases of the project.
• Liaising with client and local authorities to understand the needs and requirements.
• To assist in monitoring the site activities to ensure the outcome of the products are fulfilled requirement.
• To assist in supervises project schedule and also the development and requisite on site material flow.
• To ensure the goals, policies and procedures for project achieved from time to time

6. Documentation and Reporting

• Complete and submit meeting minutes and progress reports for projects.
• Produce various reports as required.
• Assisting in Production of Monthly Claim.

Job requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Have 1-2 years of working experience in construction site, preferably in infrastructure/earthworks industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to travel to outstation if required

• Candidate should possess a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.

Job description: 

• Manage and supervise the site operations according to project plan and specs
• Manage and supervise site personnel, assign tasks, monitor progress, provide guidance and support
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations through safety meetings, monitoring safety equipment, and enforcing safety procedures
• Coordinate with other trades involved in the project (electricians, plumbers, concrete workers)
• Manage equipment and materials required for the project, ensuring they are available and properly maintained
• Troubleshoot and identify/resolve issues that arise during the construction process.

Job Requirements: 

• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in project site, including supervising site operations and staffs 
• Applicants must be willing to relocate if necessary 
• Candidate with prior or current experience in earthwork or infrastructure is highly preferred
• Candidate with good command in Mandarin is highly preferred due to project nature

Job description:

• Supervise and manage the operations of heavy machinery used in construction and maintenance of roads and highways
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, ensuring it is in good working order
• Manage a team of machinery operators, assigning tasks and providing guidance and training as needed
• Ensure that machinery is used efficiently and effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
• Manage all driver to follow instruction of task given and maintain lorry
• Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by Management 

Job requirements: 

• Candidates should possess SPM certificate or above
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in heavy machinery operations and maintenance is required
• Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in supervisory role
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Main task:

• To perform normal welding approach, MIG welding, oxy torch cutting and marking.

Job description:

• To assess and analyze the condition of main road truck bucket in order to determine the appropriate degree of rebuilding or correction required
• To select and implement the best correction method with a focus on various welding techniques
• To ensure proper maintenance of tools and facility equipment at the workstation
• To ensure safety at workplace

• Candidate should possess a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Welding or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in welding, preferably in construction or heavy machinery industries
• Have exposure on 5S methodology
• Ability to foster cooperation and promote a harmonious work environment by effectively collaborating with fellow colleagues.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ijok, Selangor.

Main task:

• To perform periodical maintenance service for the heavy construction equipment (bulldozer, excavator, back pusher, etc.)

Job description:

• To perform minor repairment on machine components
• To perform minor troubleshooting and machine testing
• To ensure proper maintenance of tools and facility equipment at the workstation
• To ensure safety at workplace
• Perform any other duties as instructed by management.

Job requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma or Professional Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience as Mechanic, preferably in construction or heavy machinery industries
• Have exposure on 5S methodology

• Ability to work under minimal supervision
