Young Talent Development Programme by Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputera

Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputera is an agency under the Prime Minister’s Department that gives attention to the development of Bumiputera talent. They aim to increase the number of Bumiputera students with industry certification in Technology. They are currently offering a funding opportunity for final year degree students to pursue one of the certifications listed below.

Total Quota : 150 Students only

Starting Date : April 2023

1.    Certified Data Analyst 

Certification bodies: Microsoft, APU

         Modules covered :     a) Microsoft Certified Data Fundamentals 

                                                   b) Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst

              Programme Value : RM 7,000.00

2.    Certified Cloud Solutions Architect 

Certification bodies :  AWS (Amazon Web Services), APU

Modules covered :       a) AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner  

                                            b) AWS Certified Cloud Solutions Architect

Programme Value : RM 9,000.00

3.    Certified Cybersecurity Engineer

Certification bodies : Rocheston New York, APU 

Modules covered :      a) RCCE (Rocheston Certified Cybersecurity        Engineer) Level 1

b) RCCE Level 2 

              Programme Value : RM 10,000.00

4.    Certified Cloud Practitioner

Certification bodies : Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), APU 

Modules covered :       a) Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals

                                                       b) AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

                Programme Value : RM 6,000.00

5.    Certified Data Science Programmer

Certification received : Microsoft, Python Institute,  APU 

Modules covered :       a) Microsoft Certified Data Fundamentals

                                                       b) Data Management

                                                       c) Python Institute Certified Entry-Level Python Programming

                 Programme Value : RM 8,000.00

Eligibility and requirements:

a) Bumiputera
b) Bachelor Degree final year students in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, Software Engineering or other Technology related courses at any recognized institutions of higher learning in Malaysia.
c) Minimum of current CGPA 2.50.
d) Owns a computer/laptop and have stable internet access.
