Open Position For Permanent Job: 1) HR & Admin Executive Job Descriptions: Reporting to head of Finance and Admin. Handling HR function including HR development, recruitment, and retention. In charge of foreign worker’s affair and administration. Daily office administration works, payroll and other HR activities. Willing and able to handle ad-hoc assignment by superior from time to time Requirements: Candidates must possess Diploma/Degree in HRM, or in any field. Familiar with Malaysia’s Employment Act and current prevailing HR practices. Minimum 1-3 years working experience in the relevant field. Fluent, both spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality. Ability to work independently and willing to carry out multi-task and manage time effectively Salary range: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500
2) Sales & Marketing Executive Job Descriptions: Reporting to Sales and Marketing Manager, he/she will be assigned a specific sales area. Plan and manage sales activities to meet personal sales targets. Coordinate with sales coordinators on pricing, stock availability and delivery schedule to meet customers. Prompt feedback on market information and be responsive on market changes. Requirements: Minimum SPM, Diploma/ Degree holder in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, Minimum 1-2 years sales experience in related field is an advantage. Fluent, both spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality and independent. Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation. 3) Sales Coordinator Job Description: Handling customer enquiries, quotation and provide back end support for sales team. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for pricing and delivery. To coordinate with warehouse and logistic department to ensure goods deliver promptly. Willing and able to handle ad-hoc assignment by superior from time to time. Requirements: Minimum SPM, Diploma/ Degree holder in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Computer literate with at least 1 to 2 years working experience in relevant field. Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality. Ability to work independently and willing to carry out multi-task and manage time effectively. Salary Range: RM 2,500 – RM 10,000 Working Days: Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm) Sat (8.30am – 1.00pm)
