Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

 Proven experience (2+ years) as a Software Tester or QA Engineer, with a strong

background in manual and automated testing.

 In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

 Proficiency in test automation using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g.,

Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).

 Strong programming skills in languages such as Go, C, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java or similar.

 Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

 Solid understanding of software development processes, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.

 Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.

 Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven track record of guiding and motivating teams.

 Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.

 ISTQB, MSTB or other relevant certifications are a plus.

 Experience in testing web applications, mobile apps, and API services is desirable.

 Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is advantageous.
