ACCOUNTS MANAGER

1. Responsible to supervise, guide and coaching the accounts personnel

2. Ensure that all month end closing deadline is met and timely submission of relevant reports

3. Perform checking accounting entries, journal voucher and review of monthly accounts prepared by subordinate

4. Preparation of year-end audit and tax schedules, liaise with company auditors, tax agent on all statutory matters.

5. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all financial and accounting reporting as imposed by all relevant regulatory bodies.

COMPANY SECRETARIAL ASSISTANT

1. Filing and up-keeping of statutory books, registers and secretarial records.

2. To attend others ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

ASSISTANT MANAGER, PUBLIC RELATIONS & MEDIA

1. Implement effective campaigns and strategies for key launches, including pitching of stories. This may include public communication plan linked to business initiatives

2. Manage media queries and interview requests, including managing incidents and sensitive issues, jointly with team lead and respective business units to promote or protect the reputation of the Organization. For instance, drafting of holding statements, FAQ and briefing documents.

3. Liaise and engage with internal stakeholders, including Top Executives, to identify and address their media and communications needs with the appropriate initiatives.

4. Foster relationships with key media contacts and influencers to drive and influence media coverage and exposure

5. Ability to manage agencies to drive business outcomes.

6. Support the development or enhancement of the issues and crisis preparedness / management framework

7. Build corporate brand through award submissions and create publicity opportunities through award wins

8. Lead in PR monitoring and measurement including measuring and tracking the value of and return on PR and communication initiatives. Monitor, analyse and communicate PR measurement

9. Support the enhancement of corporate communication guidelines and ensure good corporate governance and tone of voice for assets developed for business groups. This could include assets and activities such as spokesperson and/or media training, collaterals, events, speeches, presentations, and digital assets

HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

Recruitment

1. Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment process including source for candidates, job postings, sit in interview, perform background screening check and arrange for pre-employment medical check up

2. Work closely with Hiring Manager to fulfil manpower requisition within the time frame

3. In charged in coordinating and participate in job/career fair

4. Prepare all HR letters such as Letter of Appointment, confirmation, transfer, contract renewal and etc.

5. Maintain proper filing and update for all staff particulars and P&C information

6. In charged in onboard process of new joined staff such as bringing new staff to familiarize the Company, induction program, follow up necessary documentations and etc.

7. Ensure organization chart is up to date whenever new joined staff onboard

8. Prepare and update monthly staff movement

9. Carry out exit interview with resignee

10. Handle employee relations/disciplinary matters and attend to employees’ enquiries


Others

1. Administer staff attendance and leave records

2. Assist in Company’s Safety & Health matters

3. Assist superior in managing and planning for HR Administration overall function

4. Prepare monthly report for management review

IT NETWORK & SECURITY MANAGER

1. Monitor and maintain the internet, email and web security for entire organization.

2. Track, monitor, analyze and resolve any vulnerability or security issue.

3. Monitor on new CVE and ensure affected systems are being patched accordingly.

4. Respond and resolve any vulnerability or security incident that may arise.

Act as the point of contact on any security incidents to respond, isolate, remediate, or resolve the incident quickly.

5. Ensure periodic testing of the organization’s network and systems to determine security violations and inefficiencies.

6. Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and to adapt CIS Benchmarks to proactively safeguard any new emerging security risks.

7. Manage user accounts and access controls.

8. Develop, implement and maintain the IT and Cyber security frameworks, procedures and policies.

9. Safeguard all network elements including but not limited to computer networks, local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), internet connections, intranet, VPNs, VLANs, VoIP and other data communication systems.

10. Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot network issues.

11. Create user awareness with continuous education on Cybersecurity.


Key Skill Requirements:


1. Proficiency in conducting regular vulnerability assessments of the systems to prevent any security incident.

2. Awareness of the latest methods used by hackers and malicious elements to break into systems.

3. Competency to use the available tools to discover any dubious movement in the network and system.

4. Soft skills including effective verbal communication and advanced written with all levels in the company.

5. Knowledge of cyber laws and compliance requirements as per the law of the land.

6. Ability to conduct an in-depth analysis of computer networks and identify any vulnerabilities in the system. Attention to detail is a fundamental personality trait for this position and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
