Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all sales activities, including daily visits, product selling and promotion, and gathering market and competitor updates.
  • Work towards achieving assigned sales objectives, contributing to product and business expansion in the designated territories of Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, and Melaka.
  • Develop and execute monthly field sales action plans to drive sales performance.
  • Maintain professionalism and product knowledge through attending educational workshops, self-study, networking, and participation in professional societies.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospects, recommending appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  • Support team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the accurate and timely processing of invoices received from vendors and suppliers.
  • Verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Enter invoice details into the accounting system with precision and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, and other related matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of payment runs, ensuring that payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and analysis as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable processes.
  • Provide support to the accounting team as needed, including participating in month-end

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in accounts payable or related accounting functions is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.

Stock Administration

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely recording of stock transactions.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records related to stock administration.
  • Assist with stock accounting tasks, such as reconciling stock records, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing stock reports.
  • Maintain and organize financial records and documents related to stock transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives actively participating in team meetings and discussions.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications related to stock administration professionally, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in stock administration or related roles.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Previous experience with Autocount accounting software is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work, with the ability to maintain precise records and identify discrepancies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Administration Intern

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying documents.
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department as needed.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems. Ensure documents are properly labeled, filed, and easily accessible when needed.
  • Draft and format emails, memos, letters, and other documents. Proofread and edit written materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment, including proper packaging and postage.
  • Assist in monitoring office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed. Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for essential office supplies.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the supervisor or management team. Collaborate with colleagues to accomplish project objectives within specified timelines.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
