Sime Darby Plantation (Cadet Planter Programme and Cadet Engineer Programme)

Greetings from Sime Darby Plantation! We are currently recruiting candidates to join our upcoming Cadet Planter Programme and Cadet Engineer Programme in November 2022.  

Looking for graduates/alumni who may be seeking out an opportunity to equip themselves with 1-year intensive programme at Sime Darby Plantation Academy (SDPA) and on-the-job training at palm oil mills/estates around Malaysia.

The graduates we are looking to recruit for our business units may preferably be from the following requirements.

Requirement :

• A degree holder with a CGPA of 3.00 and above (or equivalent)

– in Plantation Industry & Management/Agriculture/Forestry

– in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering, or other relevant engineering discipline

• Age between 21 and 25 years old
• BMI below 30
• Willing to be posted in a plantation environment
• Willing to relocate
