Job Descriptions: 

1. Invoice compliance review, invoice registration, full process accounting 2. Strong financial professional ability, able to independently complete various tax work of the company, including but not limited to project contract review(sentences which related to finance, tax and accounting), income tax settlement and settlement, and SST tax administration. 3. Assist the person in charge of the finance department to manage the company's accounting, taxation, auditing and other coordination work

Job Description 

* Cooperate with the Business development department to complete the preliminary project estimate/budget and update the cost estimate of entire project process; 

* Prepare bid evaluation analysis and bid evaluation report; 

* Prepare subcontract contract/procurement contract; 

* Prepare completion settlement; 

* Prepare change evaluation related to project implementation 

* On-site survey 

* Prepare project financial reports; 

* Prepare project completion settlement; 

* Be familiar with the QS operating rules, and be familiar with and rationally apply various contract terms; 

* Participate in bid inquiry meetings/regular construction site meetings and answer questions in a timely manner; 

* Follow up on all matters throughout the project process in a timely manner and effectively manage all documents materials; 

* Effectively perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

2. Manage and oversee the construction of civil engineering projects 

3. Ensure that civil engineering projects are completed on time and within budget 4. Inspect civil engineering projects to ensure that they meet safety and quality standards 5.Work with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that civil engineering projects meet their requirements 

6. Can read and understand engineering/project Planning
