FINE / PENALTY
1	Late renewal application (less than 50 days before expiry date)	RM50.00 one-off, plus RM10.00 for each day until complete documents is submitted for renewal application	–

3	Late passport submission for student pass sticker process (new student only –passport and medical report received after 7 working days upon arrival in Malaysia)	RM 50.00	–
4	Late passport submission for student pass sticker process if passport received after 3 working days from UKMShape email notification (for special pass / shorten and endorsement transfer); EMGS status changed to “Pending Submission of Student Passport” (for renewal); or if student is overseas, passport received after 2 working days upon arrival in Malaysia	RM50.00
5	Late passport collection (passport collected after 3 working days from UKMShape email notification for Special Pass / Shorten and endorsement transfer; or EMGS status changed to “Student Passport Returned” for renewal)	RM10.00 per day, starting from 4th day until date of passport collection
