[20/12/2018] PAYMENT COUNTER CLOSED DUE TO UNIVERSITY INFORMATION SYSTEM MAINTENANCE 
Hi,
Our Centre of Information Technology (PTM), will be undergoing maintenance on 21th November until 24th December 2018 which will affect all of the procedures related to the University Information System.
With regards to the above, we regret to inform you that all process that requires access to the University Information System is not possible on the 22nd and 23th December 2018 (Saturday & Monday). Our payment counter will also be non-operational on these dates due to the maintenance.
However, payments can still be done through online methods. For guidance, kindly refer to this link: https://www.ukm.my/ukmshape/
All other processes will be available as usual.
