[15/02/2019] e-Pengeluaran Third Parties’ Access Downtime

Dear all,

Please be informed that EPF will perform a technical activity from 15 to 22nd February 2019. This activity will affect the e-Pengeluaran system as below:

15th  – 16th Feb 2019 i-Akaun service unavailable All i-Akaun services could not be accessed.
17th – 22nd Feb 2019 System performance degrade/

Service interruption

 Possible i-Akaun Business Partner service temporary unavailable.

 

All EPF business partners are encouraged to plan on the processing of e-Pengeluaran confirmation to avoid any issues. We apologized for the short notice and any inconvenience caused.
