HPP2: To elaborate the experimental workflow and technical aspects of CRISPR technology-mediated gene editing and modulations

HPP3: To design the experimental workflow for editing gene in cell line using CRISPR technology

HPP4: To conduct gene editing experiment in eukaryotic cells using CRISPR technology.

This Professional Certificate comprises two courses that will cover the theory and practical (laboratory hands-on) aspects of CRISPR Technology, primarily on CRISPR-mediated gene editing and modulations in human cells. Below are the course details with a total of 3 credits:

The following prerequisites apply to admission:

1. A bachelor’s degree in an area related to Biology, Genetics, or such;

OR

2. A bachelor’s degree in another field with at least two years of relevant job experience;

OR

3. Possess a diploma and at least three years of work experience in a relevant industry.
