Social Mixer

UMBI researchers put away their pipettes and logs books on a Friday afternoon to mix, socialize and sing during the UMBI Social Mixer event held on 26th March 2017. The event was organized by UMBI’s Jawatankuasa Kebajikan & Rekreasi (JKKR) so that UMBIans can get to know each other better and that the event provides a platform for casual discussion. Songbirds had a good time belting out their favourite karaoke songs; even the Director himself also sportingly sang a few favorites. Those who were karaoke-shy played board games and took this event as a chance to socialize among different research teams. All in all it was a successful event hosted by JKKR. Thank you!
