Pameran UMBI bersempena The 6th ASEAN Economic Integration Forum (AEIF) 2024
7-8 August 2024 – UMBI together with 12 UKM research institutes participated in booth display at the 6th ASEAN Economic Integration Forum. This event, held at Dataran Perdana, Menara MITI, Kuala Lumpur was jointly organized by the Ministry of Investment, Trade, and Industry (MITI) and the Institute of Malaysian & International Studies – IKMAS UKM
YB Liew Chin Tong, MITI Deputy Minister officiated and commemorated this forum and later visited UKM booths that showcased each institutes’ latest advancement and contributions. Also presents at this event Associate Professor Dr. Nor Azian Abdul Murad, UMBI Director and Associate Professor Dr. Chin Siok Fong, UMBI Deputy Director.
The program aimed to provide an open, engaging and forward-looking platform for deliberating common regional issues and challenges in the ASEAN countries.
