On 3rd-5th March 2021, the College of Pathologists-Academy of Medicine of Malaysia (CPathAMM) has organized its 18th Annual Scientific Meeting and the International Congress of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (ICPaLM 2021). The theme for ICPaLM 2021 was “Exploring the Advances and Potential of Disruptive Technologies in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine”.

In this video, Prof. Datuk Dr. A Rahman A Jamal shares his thoughts on the national biobank consortium, which highlights the relevance, needs, and strategies for biobanking. Prof. Datuk Dr. A Rahman A Jamal is the project leader of The Malaysian Cohort (TMC) project. TMC project is a population-based cohort study that investigates the disease interactions between genes and environments.
