Habsah Aziz: 2nd prize in 3MT

“Telling a non-specialist audience your THREE years’ research in THREE minutes”: that’s what the three-minute thesis ( 3MT ) is about. UKM’s 2017 3MT competition was held on 4^th April at the UKM Graduate Centre. Eighteen finalists, all PhD candidates from different institutes and faculties of UKM pitched their research in 3 minutes. UMBI was represented by Habsah Aziz and Siti Syazani Suhaimi with their respective 3MT titles of “Unzip The Secret Code of Childhood Leukemia” and “Estrogen: Friend or Foe?”, whereby Habsah won the 2^nd prize after an exciting and captivating competition.
