We are delighted to invite potential PhD candidates to join our team for the MySero-Biome project.

This project will be looking into the association of oral microbiota with diabetes and treatment intervention in periodontitis patients. Students will have the exposure in sample retrieval/recruitment from dental patients, isolating DNA, enhancing knowledge and hands-on experience in next generation sequencing utilising the Shallow Shotgun Metagenomics application and bioinformatic analyses from a team of experts in our team.
