End of Life Vehicle (ELV) evaluation project is a UKM research together with the Department of Environment (DoE), Ministry of Transport, Department of Road and Transport (JPJ), Malaysia Automotive Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii) and other stakeholders in ELV initiatives. The main objectives of the implementations revolve around disposing of old cars and making its disassembly operations sustainable. It involves extracting valuable materials and systematically disposing of the remaining waste. During these operations, it is expected that pollution, especially air pollution released into the environment. Without proper understanding and controls, it will harm both the environment and people. The purpose of this project is to create an air pollution emission and weather evaluation system for ELV industries using IoT applications.
