Mr. Alexander Ridgeway, A Systems Engineer in Singapore, his focus is on advancing the space industry by using AGI's proven and capable technologies to solve incredibly difficult problems throughout the Asia Pacific Region. The following actions are part of his normal role. (1) Design and deliver technical seminars in many different countries. Seminars include modelling the space environment and simulating satellite communications, MH370 search and rescue activities seminar, operations in a degraded environment seminar, space environment and effects for ionosphere modelling, and coastal surveillance and aircraft modelling. (2) Support current customers throughout Asia Pacific region through technical and on-site support. (3) Enhance the capabilities of new customers with AGI products and custom solutions. (4) Conduct training for all of AGI products and gaining extensive experience in International Business and Travel across the Asia Pacific Region. He has willingness to address high-level decision makers and engineers in the defense institutions, government organizations, universities, and commercial entities. From January 2013 to September 2013, he has conducted training courses throughout the US and Europe for all AGI products. At the same time, he has addressed many different challenges and issues received by AGI customers. He is consistently the top system engineer in terms of issues resolved or training completed. Finally, he has served as unofficial technical advisor for AGI products for many customers including SpaceX, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing, TASC, NASA and others.
