Kindly be informed that IKMAS Graduate Workshop on Article Writing will be held on 9-10th June 2016 in Institute of Malaysian and International Studies (IKMAS), UKM, Bangi.

IKMAS Graduate Workshop on Article Writing is intended to provide a platform for IKMAS

students to improve their academic writing skills and to foster academic culture of peer support

and exchange at IKMAS.

• To train and nurture young social science scholars with the necessary values and norms pertaining to research and publication culture.
• To enhance the writing and publishing skills of young social science scholars.
• To inculcate the spirit of collegiality among young scholar science scholars as part of the wider social science community.
• To nurture a new generation of young social science scholars in Malaysia.

OUTCOME

• Enhanced understanding on research publication.
• Improved skills in academic writing.

OUTPUT

• An article of reasonable standard that can be submitted for publication.
