Short video showing virtual surgical planning  (VSP) for the treatment of severe left orbitozygomatic complex fracture. In this case, the unilateral, unaffected right zygoma and orbit were used as reference for the treatment. The pre-surgical, virtual planning data was later saved and utilised in the operating theatre with real-time navigation-assisted and intraoperative imaging for orbital fracture reconstruction and zygomatic complex bony reduction.  This is one the example of how the computer-assisted surgery is commonly performed in our centre for selected or complex maxillofacial trauma and orbital fracture cases. Computer planing and perioperative surgical tools are deemed useful in managing such cases when compared to a free-hand or conventional surgery. At the same time, the operating time can be reduced, with increased surgical accuracy and enhance surgeons' intraoperative decision making. Due to its accuracy and precision, shorter  duration for hospital stay  is also anticipated.
