Guidelines for Presenters
1. A moderator will be assigned to your session. He/She will introduce you by referring to your biodata in the programme book. |

2. The presentation procedure is as follows:
a. After 15 minutes into your presentation, a card telling you that you have 5 minutes will be displayed
b. After the 5 minutes, another card asking you to stop will be shown.
c. After that you will be given a maximum of 5 minutes to round up your presentation.
d. This will be followed by a Q & A session of 5 minutes or more if you have concluded earlier.
e. Total time given 20 minutes + 10 minutes.
f. If you take up the whole 30 minutes for the presentation, there will be no Q & A session.
