Submission Guidelines

Selected full papers will be published in the journal of Advanced Science Letters. In addition, selected full papers have the option to be published in the proceeding.

1. For Journal of Advanced Science Letters
   • Papers should be in English
   • The maximum length is strictly not exceeding 4 double-column pages
   • Abstract must not exceed 100 words
   • List of 3~5 keywords
   • Full paper template can be downloaded at Template for Journal paper.
   • Final full paper must be submitted electronically in MS Word
   • Download and fill up the copy right form at http://www.aspbs.com/science/ASL%20Copyright%20Transfer%20Form.pdf. and send it via e-mail to: staclim.ukm@gmail.com
   • For the example paper can be downloaded at Sample of Paper


2. For Proceeding with ISBN
   • Papers should be in English
   • The maximum length is between 4 and 6 single pages
   • Abstract must not exceed 200 words
   • List of 3~5 keywords
   • Download the template of full paper at Template for Proceeding paper.


3. For Poster
   • Poster should be in English
   • Size : X Banner (60 cm x160 cm)
   • Submit Poster through EasyChair System
   • Participants are advised to be ready at their poster stand during presentation.

All paper submission process will be managed by using the EasyChair conference system. For paper submission, please visit the EasyChair system and follow the guideline below:

Paper / Poster submission to EasyChair system

• Sign in at the EasyChair Login page for STACLIM2014
• Fill up the form at New Submission link:
• Address: participant information (your complete address)
• Author 1: participant information and tick (√) at the corresponding author box
• Title: Participant of STACLIM2014
• Abstract: Your institution (for example: Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia))
• Keywords: participant (enter) of (enter) STACLIM2014 (one per line, at least 3 keywords)
• Upload the paper
• Click Submit
