The 1 Million Youth Actions Challenge (1MYAC) has mobilised two youth ambassadors to the recent 2022 Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction (GPDRR) that was held in Bali Indonesia, on 23-28 May 2022. 

The two 1MYAC youth ambassadors were tasked to reach out to other young people and motivate them to register and commit to standard actions during the 2022 GPDRR, thus engaging the local youth to participate. The appointed 1MYAC youth ambassadors were Ms. Norzaihan Md Zain from U-INSPIRE Malaysia@UKM and Ms. Niswa Nabila from U-INSPIRE Indonesia, both were involved as a secretariat team with the U-INSPIRE Alliance, where they also involved in the organisation of the Youth Innovation Platform and the Ignite Stage which were held simultaneously during the 2022 GPDRR.
