Pemerkasaan Kompetensi Akademik Siswa (PKAS) is an interdisciplinary research group focusing on Industry 4.0 for IoT Automation in Healthcare, Education, and Industry Safety and Productivity improvement.
The group currently comprises members from Engineering, Computing, Medical, Health Sciences and Education. PKAS operational staff members are industrial trainees, undergraduate and postgraduates appointed as research assistant, and graduate students on full time and part time basis.
PKAS empowers youth’s profession by providing Industry 4.0 relevant programs and services for the technopreneurial research university of the 21st Century. Youth will be guided and trained to be renown, relevant, reputable and participate in their community’s technological, economical and social growth.

We prepare youth for the technopreneurship roles that they will assume in our global society. We provide opportunities to develop the technopreneurship competencies that will allow youth to introduce meaningful changes in their respective communities.
Learning is a transformative process that integrates knowledge and experiences. In alignment with the Industry 4.0’s needs we facilitate interdisciplinary approach in combining two or more academic disciplines into one technopreneurial activity. It is about creating something new by thinking across boundaries through industry expert -youth mentoring, encourage experiential learning, cultivate the arts, and embrace new technology and making every experience a learning opportunity.
The Early Career Mentoring provides the opportunity for early-career technopreneurs (undergraduate students and postgraduates) to discuss entrepreneurial issues with people who may have a unique and significant influence on personal growth and development. We are committed to the development of the total youth in all aspects of intellectual, personal, and professional growth.
